What to tell us when you message

There is no cart on this website and no checkout. Every piece has a WhatsApp button instead, and it opens a message with the garment already attached — so you never have to describe which one you mean.

That is not a limitation we worked around. Occasion wear is a consultative purchase: sizing, alteration, timelines and customisation are all conversations, and a checkout page cannot have them.

Four things that speed it up

• The date. When you need the piece in hand, not when the event is. Alterations need lead time.
• Your measurements, or a garment that already fits you well that you can measure instead.
• The occasion. A mehendi, a reception and a family lunch pull in different directions, and we will suggest differently for each.
• Anything you want changed. Sleeve length, neckline, dupatta, blouse — say it early rather than after the piece is cut.

What happens next

We will confirm availability in your size, quote you including any alteration, and give you a realistic timeline. If a piece is not right for what you have described, we will say so — it is a smaller studio than a marketplace, and sending you the wrong thing helps nobody.
